If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and the return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
